I learnt a lot from this course especially on hiring staff; you don’t hire anyone you see, one has to start recruitment process on time say two months before. Have application form on ground and ask all the necessary questions. On retaining them, we should prioritize incentives to an extent, make the work environment comfortable and enjoyable.
